We will need the following information in order to process your request:

  • name of your company or account number

  • the type of document you are requesting

  • The document number when available

  • your email address or a fax number where we can send the document

for invoices, credit memos and credit card receipts please provide the invoice number or purchase order number if it is available. if these numbers are not available, please provide any other information that could assist us in processing your request such as a date or amount.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS regarding our credit application:

Q. How long does it take to process a credit application?

A. This varies and is almost entirely dependent upon the length of time it takes your references to respond to our request for information.  It may be beneficial to let your references know you have applied for credit, and ask them to reply promptly to requests they receive.  Also, including accurate fax numbers will ensure there are no processing delays.

Q. Do we need to complete an application?

A.Yes, we do need a completed application on file.

Q. What are your terms?

A. All invoices are due within 30 days of the date of the invoice (NET 30) and are not contingent upon the collection of funds by the applicant from a third party.

Q. Who should I call to check on the status of my credit application?

A. You can reach our credit manager at 214-630-3965, extension 1143, or by sending an e-mail to credit@rdlsupply.com.

In order for the credit application process to go as quickly and as smoothly as possible, it is imperative that the entire application be completed, all reference fax and telephone numbers are current and that an authorized signer signs the application.
